Before my arrival

Can I make a reservation online and then call the hotel directly to cancel or change my reservation?

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the hotel where you made your reservation directly by the deadline specified in the cancellation policy. Be sure to mention that this reservation was made online. You can also cancel your reservation online via the “My Reservations” section if you have an account or if you have the reservation number.

Until what time can I make a reservation online?

You can make a reservation online at any time. However, online reservations for the same evening must be made before midnight.

I want to cancel or change my reservation online; will I still be charged for my stay?

Above all, it is important to check the cancellation policy for your reservation to make sure it can be canceled or changed.

Are there any places to park bicycles?

Yes, there is a large garage where bicycles can be stored safely. There are also electrical outlets available for charging e-bikes. Upon arrival, the Team Schierzicht Logement will be happy to assist you.

Is it possible to park the car at the Logement?

A number of parking spaces have been reserved exclusively for our guests. Guests can park their cars for free behind the Logement during their stay. The parking lot is located behind the building and is accessible via a barrier. You can easily open this barrier with your room key. Here, you can park your car close to the entrance.

Are there any options for charging an electric car?

Charging stations for electric cars are available at both the restaurant and the Logement.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Yes, there is a hair dryer available in every room for our guests.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Logement?

Our guests can use our high-speed Wi-Fi for free. Upon arrival, you will receive a code to activate the Wi-Fi.

Is there shampoo or body wash available in the room?

Yes, shampoo and shower gel are available for our guests.

Are there coffee and tea-making facilities in the room?

There are fresh-bean coffee machines at the front desk and in the lounge where guests can get free coffee and tea.

Can we stay with you even if we have a baby?

Yes, that’s certainly possible. We have a travel crib, a diaper pail, and bedding for babies. Please contact us for more information.

We'll be coming with two adults and one child. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Some rooms have enough space to add an extra mattress on the floor. Please contact us for more information.

We won't arrive at the location until after 8:00 p.m. Will we still be able to check in?

If you will be arriving after 8:00 PM, please contact us to discuss your options.

How can I extend my stay?

U kunt uw verblijf op eenvoudige wijze verlengen bij de receptie bij aankomst in ons logement, of voor uw aanvankelijke vertrekdatum.

Uiteraard is verlenging van uw verblijf slechts mogelijk als er op de gewenste data kamers beschikbaar zijn.

Can we have breakfast here too?

Yes, of course. Breakfast is served at your table on a beautiful platter. It is prepared with love using local ingredients. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:15 a.m. in our restaurant. Do you have any allergies? Please contact us or add a note to your booking so we can take this into account.

Where is breakfast served?

Ja zeker. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in ons Restaurant Schierzicht. Het wordt met liefde en lokale ingrediënten bereid. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd van 8:00 tot 9:15 uur. Heeft u allergieën? Neem dan contact met ons op.

What kind of breakfast can I expect?

Breakfast is served as a buffet. It is a generous spread featuring croissants, fresh bread from our own bakery with a variety of toppings, fried eggs with bacon, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Coffee, tea, milk, and orange juice are also served.

We're going mudflat walking. Can we have breakfast there too?

If the mudflat hike starts early, we can prepare a breakfast-to-go or a packed lunch. Please contact us for more information.

Can I have breakfast earlier?

Ask about the options. We also offer packed lunches or breakfast to go for mudflat walkers.
